The NRG COSIA Carbon XPRIZE, a $20 million global competition, aimed to advance the development of cutting-edge technologies that convert CO₂ emissions from industrial facilities and power plants into valuable products such as alternative fuels, building materials, and everyday items.
As a key component of a larger initiative, our team was tasked with effectively communicating COSIA's support for the competition and highlighting the innovative solutions that emerged through their funding. The ultimate objective was to enhance public perception of the oilsands among key audience groups.

As the Creative Lead, I was responsible for executing and overseeing all digital content. This included working on set with a video and photography team to conduct interviews and capture footage, as well as ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style across all content.
Additionally, I assisted in the development of micro-site content and blog postings to align with campaign messaging. My key responsibilities included:
Video storyboarding and on-set creative direction for video and photography
Post-production direction for multiple videos within the campaign series
Working with an audio studio to produce VO and video tracks
Direction and reviews for written content and design of the microsite
Collaborating with the media team and post-campaign reporting.
