The celebration of International Women's Day at ATCO was a momentous occasion, as it marked an opportunity for the company to acknowledge and pay tribute to the countless women who have played a vital role in shaping its history, present, and future.

Recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, we were tasked with the development of a digital campaign that would showcase ATCO's commitment to empowering its female workforce, in conjunction with the celebration of the company's 75th anniversary.

To achieve this, we crafted a powerful video that tells the story of ATCO's evolution through the lens of the women who have been a part of it. We meticulously curated a collection of archival footage and photographs, seamlessly blending them with contemporary video portraits of the women of ATCO today, culminating in an uplifting message of gratitude from CEO Nancy Southern.

The Video

As a lead member of an all-female production team, my role in this project was instrumental in bringing the initial concept to fruition. In close collaboration with a senior creative director and a copywriter, I developed the storyboard, directed the on-set filming, and oversaw the post-production process, ensuring the perfect final edit, including visual and audio elements. Additionally, I was responsible for building an all-female crew and executing supporting social content, as well as working with the media team to deliver post-campaign reporting.
